Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase.

Refunds may be refused if we see evidence of fraud, manipulation, or abusive behavior.

Because the service is delivered digitally, once a report is generated — meaning data retrieval, analysis, and scoring have begun — delivery is considered complete and the statutory right to cancel expires.

By completing a purchase, users acknowledge that the digital service is provided immediately and that their right to cancel ends once usage starts.
