What is a report refresh?
Short-term rental markets change. Listings are added or removed, prices shift by season, and guest activity fluctuates.
A report refresh lets you update a saved address with the latest market data without running a brand new analysis. This is useful when a property remains on your shortlist and you want to re-check the market before submitting an offer, renegotiating, or moving into deeper due diligence.
Report refreshes are available on Growth and Pro plans. A refresh does not consume an additional report from your balance.
