How does AirRenda work?

Using AirRenda takes three steps:

Step 1 — Choose the location. Click any point on the interactive globe, or type an address using the search bar with smart autocomplete. AirRenda identifies the exact location automatically.

Step 2 — Analyze the nearby market. AirRenda reviews short-term rental listings around the address, including listing volume, prices, property types, ratings, reviews, host quality indicators, and competitor locations.

Step 3 — Read the report. The report delivers the AirRenda Score, market category, pricing data, property type split, investment risk signals, estimated monthly revenue, top nearby listings, maps, and a PDF download.

Each new address analysis uses one report from your plan balance. Reports are saved in your dashboard so you can compare properties over time.
