Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee.

You can manage your subscription through your dashboard settings or through the customer portal link in your billing emails. After cancellation, your access remains fully active until the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. If you have unused top-up reports at the time of cancellation, those are non-refundable.
